Tom,
Great to see you yesterday, and I enjoyed catching up.
Here is a picture of the buck I killed in Illinois on 11-18-2006, and as always, since you gave me that deer call last year, I had it with me, and actually used it just before I killed him.
Sorry, I guess I was so excited that I forgot to pull it out from inside my sweater for the photo, but it's there with me!!
This buck scored 173 5/8 B/C with 8" of main beam snapped off (left side), he would have scored approximately 182 B/C (Gross), with 5" of abnormal deductions, and 3" of symmetry deductions, he still should have scored around 174 Net B/C (Green), which would have most likely, after the 60 day drying period, still made the 170 Net mark and made it into the record books!!!
However, you know what they say.... "If a frog had wings......"
Anyway, I'm still extremely happy with him, and appreciate you asking for the photo.
Thanks again for making such a great product!!
Take care and Good Hunting,

“I used the Flextone All-In-One
Deer Call (grunt) to pull this nice eight
point off of a white oak ridge into bow range. The subtle
tone did the
trick. This is one of the easiest and most realistic deer
grunts I have
ever used, and believe me, I've tried them all. As an added
bonus,
the soft rubber body prevents the noisy banging that most
hard,
plastic calls will cause. I highly recommend this product.”
